I played a lot with Microsoft Power Virtual Agents over the break, preparing for our next “In a Day” workshop. It was easy to create chatbots with complex workflows, automations, and even a personality.
While doing it, I realised that I’ve always been a citizen developer and what this means; I’m good at putting solutions together but lack the discipline of coding standards or care for things like the infrastructure the application is running on.
As long as the solution works, when it comes to what the user cannot see, I genuinely don’t care. Power Platform products are perfect for people like me. Quickly get to a solution, test it, refine it, deploy it – within days.
